The Service / Subscription

  • The customer is responsible for immediately blocking out lost Sim cards and notifying Allo customer service

  • We have introduced a credit limit of SEK 400 / month in addition to the regular monthly cost for your subscription, this applies to payment services and international calls that are not included in your monthly cost. You will receive an SMS when you have reached your credit limit, all outgoing traffic that is not included will be blocked on your subscription. You can extend the credit limit through our customer service.
  • The subscription is intended for private use and the customer is responsible for it being used correctly by the customer or by a family member
  • This is to protect you and us against unauthorized use of your subscription for eg international calls
  • The customer is responsible for whether the subscription is used by minors for purchases in the play store or APP store and entails costs
  • The customer is responsible for not using the subscription to violate Swedish law

  • The customer must notify Allo Telecom in the event of a change of address. this is to avoid unpaid invoices for your subscription

Allo Transfer of the agreement to a third party

Allo Telecom has the right, without your consent, to transfer in whole or in part its rights or obligations under the agreement to another company in the same industry or to a third party as, itself & subsidiaries or through a subcontractor. Allo shall always strive for the company that takes over the right to be expected to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement

Change of conditions

Allo has the right, regardless of the reason, at the times determined by Allo, to change the terms of the Agreement Changes to the terms and conditions must be notified to the Customer no later than one (1) month before the change takes effect

  • When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.

  • Our normal delivery times are 1-7 days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends are sent no earlier than the following Monday.
  • Fixed price 40 SEK (regardless of the volume or weight of the order) for deliveries within Sweden. Delivery within 30 days to the nearest delivery point.

  • If the shipping is 0, it will be checked at checkout in connection with your purchase

  • Terms of delivery are also stated at checkout under each delivery method. If nothing is stated, 30 days delivery time applies. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated next to each item. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you of this via e-mail support@allotelecom.se. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be times that make it impossible to complete the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder is unable to fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.



  • All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.
  • We reserve the right to change prices caused by price changes from suppliers, printing errors in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

Right of withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.

When exercising your right of withdrawal
  • You must announce that you regret it. The message must be sent to us at support@allotelecom.se. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
  • You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.

  • You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in original packaging.

  • On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product when the product is used or damaged.

14 days open purchase


  • We follow the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without stating any reason. You regret your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or most of it). The article must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in original box.
  • If you as a customer have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the item being returned being less valuable, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item’s depreciation on the amount to be refundable. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.


If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the article as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the article. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item.



The right of withdrawal does not apply to
  • Products that have been sealed (sealed) due to health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you.
  • Products that have the character of sealed audio or video recording and where the seal has been broken by you.

  • Specially made product, which has been tailor-made for you or has a clear personal touch to your wishes.
  • Services that have been completed and where you have expressly agreed to the service being started without the right of withdrawal.
Complaints and complaints


  • We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly dispatched when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with current consumer protection legislation to rectify the defect free of charge.
  • You must always contact us for an approval before returning a defective item.

The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

How do you proceed with a complaint?


  • Any errors and defects must always be reported to support@allotelecom.se where you enter your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
  • If we fail to rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will reimburse you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping for approved complaints.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.

Limitation of liability


  • We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.

  • We do not accept responsibility for delays / errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor dispute, fire, war, government decision, reduced or no delivery from supplier.

Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products / product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
